Empty Circle Zen Practice

Sangha is a Sanskrit word which translates to “assembly” or “community”.   Empty Circle holds a sangha twice weekly in Northwest Indiana which includes seated guided meditation, walking meditation and chanting followed by a dharma discussion.  The practice is beneficial for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
